「The host was very communicative and quick to respond. The apartment is right in the heart of Viejo San Juan with everything walking distance. The inside was clean and nicely decorated and the view from the third floor balcony was stunning!」

「My spouse and I usually stick with big hotel chains so we really weren’t sure what to expect , but the room and property overall were just as well kept as the big chain hotels. Property was also really easy to get to and the location was solid. No complaints at all.」

「Highly Disappointing—Intense Nighttime Noise, No Facilities none ,and Unsafe for Families no staff on site. I was deeply disappointed with my recent stay at THE BUOY. My biggest issue was the constant, loud traffic noise that lasted all night, making it absolutely impossible to get a good night's rest. The property itself is just a small residential house renting out individual rooms, completely lacking standard hotel amenities. There is no pool, fitness center, or any other facility on-site....

「Overall great stay. Clean and spacious 2 bedroom & 2 bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped. Great to have coffee and cream provided. Enough toiletries to last for days. No daily housekeeping however they have enough supplies for towels & beach towels. About 10-minute walk to Condado Beach by La Concha resort. Well secured area. Thank you.」

「Reasonable price clean and quiet」

「The sealant under the shower door was coming off, causing water to leak out. pull out couch was broken and due to it being broken I did not lift it to look for the remote that was stuck underneath. Came back one day and the door was wide open. Horrible communication. Uber and door dash could never find us. Not happy with my stay at ALL」
