「Really nice resort. Awesome pools and activities for all ages. 2 bedroom suite was large, clean, comfortable and well appointed with kitchen essentials. Housekeeping staff was amazing. All-in-all, this was a very great place to stay, and we will definitely stay again. 5 *’s!」

「Everyone knows about the elevators ! So I won’t complain much about them , But I would say some of the staff was a bit rude , I blew it off most the time but I wish they wouldn’t have the attitudes they had . We had a really good bartender Jameson ! He was fast & got us in & out ! The staff at the Alabama ice Cream shop were also Great ! Got us in & out as well , super friendly! Definitely recommend coming to Laketown Wharf」

「The fridge and dryer did not work and it took two days for someone to respond to us about the fridge. In the end they gave us a mini fridge. The door to the bathroom does not lock or close properly. The closet door had rust all over it and the bathroom door had mold inside. The door to the balcony was extremely hard to open and the balcony had ants on it. The elevators also didn't work for the first two days we were there. The rooms were also very small but they put mirrors in the living room on...
