Upon arriving at 1pm, we called to ask about an early check-in but were told no rooms were ready. When we got to the hotel at 2:45pm, we were told to wait until 3:00pm.
The room was in terrible condition. The bathroom had pubic hairs all over the sink/tub, which was disgusting. There was a bag of garbage sitting at the top of the stairs for an entire day. The shower head sprayed water all over the wall, and there was no hot water most of the time. During our four-day stay, the stairs were never vacuumed, and the carpets were filthy and in dire need of a deep cleaning or replacement. The breakfast experience was also poor, with a breakfast attendant rudely pushing me aside without an excuse or apology, not once, but twice.We requested a rollaway bed on the day we needed it, I went to the front desk early in the morning, only to be told to come back at 3pm. After several attempts and no success, I asked a housekeeper, who found two rollaway beds in the storage closet. This lack of communication and service is unacceptable. I lost my room key, and the front desk made new keys without asking for a photo ID, which is a serious security breach.
The staff's attitude was consistently poor, except for one male housekeeper on the second floor who was genuinely trying to do his job well. and I hope steps are taken to improve the service and cleanliness at this location. I have left a message for Corporate but have yet to receive any response. Your entire staff needs to be reevaluated.
