"It was nice. The staff was friendly, but the brochures need to be updated with the correct pricing, also it would be nice to know that they don’t provide certain spa services when you’re the only one asking for it. If I had know that and that the restaurants were closed most of the time, I probably would’ve gone where it was more consistent."

"I thought I booked a large bed but had two twins, which are unbelievably small. The shower is not really separated from the bathroom so after taking a nice warm shower everything was wet and slippery"

"The big catfish of a hotel. Our rooms looked nothing like the pictures. We booked a comfort room and were given an economy bunch room and then expected to pay for the comfort room. It was an absolute joke, The pool water was green and looked unswimable. Luckily we were only there for work and not for some r&r and managed to spent as little time at the accomodation. The free breakfast was stale cakes and breads and cereals. Would never go back and would give it a zero star if possible. "
