"The decor (room #1) was very romantic with a lovely balcony. The only negative was our bathtub could not be filled with more than about 3 inches of water before it drained out so the jets could not work. We loved our delicious breakfast and conversing with our charming, friendly hostess Patrizia. We had a wonderful stay in Lucca. This property was a great value!"

"The hotel is located well in the old city. I had lunch and breakfast outside on the sidewalk near the carousel. The food was excellent and the service superb. The room was well appointed and the bed comfortable. The only thing I did not like was the location. My room was in the interior and I only saw a staircase. I should have asked for a different room. The tram to central Florence is close by. There is a wonderful park across the street for walking , strolling and jogging. There is also a mall close by with excellent shops. We highly recommend this Hilton location. "
