Friendly staff and great places to eat inside

The breakfast was above average!

This family owned and operated hotel was very clean, friendly and dog-friendly! Anthony, the owner, and his mom and aunt, some of the housekeepers, were very welcoming to us (my husband and I) and our German Shepherd. Our suite was very roomy and spotless, and the whole hotel had modern yet old school vibes with hardwood floors and black and white tiled bathrooms. Rooms were stocked with a Keurig and all the necessities including real creamer, a mini fridge, a microwave and bathroom toiletries....

The location, of course, makes it a standout, as well as the attention to detail. The decor is thoughtful--beautiful and welcoming. Anna and Renee were warm and attentive innkeepers. And COVID regulations were very good. I stayed in room #9, which was fully outfitted in Mackenzie Child. It had a lake view and was quite cozy and comfortable. Breakfast options were limited compared to other hotels I have stayed at. The coffee station needs to located in a bigger for multiple to use.

This is a beautiful property, it is like staying in a historical mansion. We stayed in a king suite and the room was huge and very nice. Continental breakfast was simple and sufficient, great experience overall. We had an emergency situation at home (12 hrs away) and the manager was extremely helpful in working with us so that we could leave a day early. Would definitely recommend this hotel…close to Skeaneatles and the lake.

The king suite was very nice. Chris in breafast area was fantastic. U could tell they take pride in the place

We were happy enough that we booked a second night. The room was clean and comfortable. Perfect location for our planned activities.

Staff were courteous and efficient. Room was quiet, beds comfortable.

Love this hotel. Perfect stopover to Niagara Falls. Yummy breakfast.

View of lake so nice and nice well lit walking esplanade along the like. Didn’t use but nice to have a restaurant on site. Good snack bar area. Easy to find.

Yorkshire was a excellent bed and breakfast. Hosts are amazing. House was well appointed and clean. Breakfast was amazing. Definitely going to stay again in future. Luna was also a great host (dog) if your in the finger lakes region (Phelps NY) you won’t be disappointed 😁

I've been staying at this hotel for nearly 40 years. Rooms are always clean and staff is very helpful.
