「The hotel was very nice we stay 2 nights staff at the front desk is very helpful and make you feel welcome, breakfast was great lunch and dinner is also good to be included we really enjoy or stay and we definitely planning to come back and stay in this location again thank you portobello for all and you staff at the desk always with a smile.」

「I booked 1 week for my fiancé and myself to celebrate our engagement.
I work in the Middle East. Due to the war, all flights were cancelled and I was stuck here.
I contacted the hotel one moth out to tell them my situation & to see if they would work with me. I provided proof from my employer that I am here and everything the hotel management asked for.
They refused to give me a refund or credit. It wasn't a last minute cancelation. I gave them a 40 day notice of my situation. 」
