We had an excellent stay in an executive cottage with two little kids. Pool was great. The location is super close to the Cavindish attractions, we walked to Sandspit. Would return to this cottage for sure.

We rented a 2 bedroom deluxe cottage. It was exactly as advertised and included most basic necessities for cooking/dishes. Included towels and linens. We stayed here for Sommo fest and it was within a great walking distance to the festival. Property is directly across from market to buy any necessities/food/ice/firewood as needed.

The outside of the cottage is a bit rough, deck and stairs need replacement, unsightly. The inside is great! Aside from the furniture, which is old, the cottage is completely updated and impeccably clean! Fresh towels were replaced daily if left on the deck. We were vert comfortable, a 5 night stay.

This is a very lovely get-away place. The cottage is extremely clean than expected, there are many amenities that surrounds the location. It is a very good place to stay for couple of days or weeks, I will surely recommend. However, they forgot to include electric kettle in the room, which I think that may be considered as minor iss. Cheers

The entrance is very hard to find. You need to use the same road as shining waters. This place has a ton of rules that are presented in a very direct way. The cottages are old and dated but we had a good nights sleep.

If you’re looking for a place to stay that’s close to concert venues, amusements parks, and restaurants outside the city then Avonlea Cottages is the go. If you’re ever short and in need of supplies, there’s a grocery store just across the street. As for the cottage itself, it’s pretty good for the price you pay, you basically get everything you need for a short or long stay. Only thing I would like to mention is that there’s no strong kitchen ventilation so if you plan on cooking inside, beware of setting off the smoke alarm. But that’s about it, everything else was perfect, there’s also the hot tub near the office, it’s very cozy to stay at especially around fall time. 10/10 would come back again if there was ever an event nearby.

Great location. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Close to Cavendish beach and Anne of Green Gables sites. Far enough from Charlottetown that there was minimal traffic. Getting around was really easy with the rental. Loved having a full kitchen and grill. We used often. Picnic tables and fire pit were great for our large group of 15, having a number of the cottages. Each family having their own. Field and playground on site. Pool on site and water park next door that we didn’t use as we went to the beaches instead.

Staff was efficient with replenishing towels, etc every morning and would pickup trash automatically. Convenient location. Cute park for kids. Lots of chairs/swings poolside.

Very clean, welcoming owner who was very accommodating. Great location to amenities. They are older and a little tired but we're being painted, updated. Great shower and comfy bed, all anyone requires!

Accommodations were acceptable. We stayed at a few places in PEI on our trip. This was the most expensive and least impressive. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher but everything else seemed clean.

It was a nice cozy cabin just down the road from Ann of green gables. Lots of restaurants and attractions near by. Fire pits for the evening and bbq on each patio. They do have AC in the cabin which was great because it was a heat wave while we were on the island. Everything is very commutable . I very much enjoyed the island, beaches, cities and stay.
