「The cottage was well equipped. The beds were very hard. The TV only worked if you had pass codes for the channels and none were provided - the manager couldn’t even get it to work. We weren’t able to watch the FIFA soccer matches. There weren’t any coffee supplies for our second morning.」

「The season was just starting. Front desk staff was limited. Grass was not mowed and area in front of rooms was messy with plant debris. There was a pool but not open for our stay. Overall reasonably priced for value. Great central location.」

「Cottage was fantastic! Very clean and well stocked with all the utensils and modern appliances you would need. Beds were really comfortable and cottage was lovely and cozy on a cool spring weekend. Location is superb too for all Cavendish attractions.」

「The rooms were quite clean, but overall the place is quite dated. The room was very musty so we left the windows open for the duration of the 1 night stay because we weren't convinced the air conditioner would do the job. There was a microwave and coffeemaker but we didn't use them and there wasn't any coffee anyways. If you are looking for a quiet place to lay your head this is the ticket. It you plan to spend alot of time in the room you likely want to stay elsewhere.」

「Our stay was okay. We liked having a kitchen/tv area as well as bedrooms. We found the TV channel offering to be extremely limited. The floor in our cabin was on a definite slant. The bathtub and floors could use a good cleaning and a dusting wouldn't hurt either. Our rating is "okay".」
