Room was very clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Quite. Lawn was well kept. No chairs to sit outside with. Pool was too cold to swim in. Price divided by 4 people it was worth the money, but not if it was just 2 people. We shared a 2 queen bed room. One adult and 3 seniors.

The property was clean. Pool was gross full of flies and the floor of it was slimmy.
what they advertise is not accurate.
Says furnished patio. Which it was not. Says firepit which it did have but was over with the cabins .
Advertises a restaurant onsite . It does have one but apparently its been closed since covid and only opens for bus tours. They should update that on their site.
Has 1 microwave for the floor which was on the other side of the building from where we were .
We spoke with another custumer who was on second floor and elevators doesnt work .
For the price you pay a night there i would not recommend. Its not what they advertise
Old and needs updating
Service was not very friendly
Bed/pillows not comfortable
Fridge didn’t work
Strong smell of skunk
Linen / towels very cheap/thin
Charged extra for family (2 queen beds but charge per extra person for any people
Over 2)
The place is old, musty and tired. No elevator. The room was quite clean but there was garbage in the corner under the sink. There was a family with small children above us and they thumped and banged all night and early morning. Perhaps children could be roomed in the lower floors.
We were on the second floor with no elevator and could not move to the first floor we had no fridge or microwave the railing was falling off the wall in the stairwell we under the bed was dirty and the whole building was smelling of mold no breakfest as the restaurant was closed
We had no hot water the first night, and when I spoke to the lady at front desk she just kept telling me that her hot water worked fine. We had a room with a full kitchen, and only one burner worked on the stove which was frustrating. When I brought it up she just dismissed it. There’s also no restaurant as advertised, and no tennis courts.

Not good at all. I ordered a king suite with jacuzzi there was mild all in the room, it smelled , the bed was damp. A lady did say I could have another room. A tall bald man with an attitude problem was very rude to me . Provided us with a double bed, for 2 adults and a toddler. Baby had playpen. They gave us a wheelchair access room with built up toilet and lowered furniture. This room did smell a lot better. We’re trying to charge me the same price as I had paid for king room with jacuzzi . Left a day early , and this all took place at 11 at night with a 1 and a 3 year old present . Horrible service.
Simply sharing so another family doesn’t have to deal with the same things as we did.
Upon arrival we were told “if you want to leave early there will be no refund”. That should have been the first red flag. We got to our cabin to find paper towel used as blinds. But it gets better. They were hung up with a women’s pad.
I’ll keep the rest short and simple. The place with filthy. Bedding was covered in dirt, bugs in utensil drawer, pots and tub. Bbq was infested with bugs and hadn’t been cleaned in what looked like a decade. Our cabin smelled of mould and the bedding smelled even worse!
The owners were a nightmare to deal with. While trying to explain our concerns, we were mocked and laughed at. They refused to take accountability and blamed these issues on the previous guests (does this mean our cabin wasn’t cleaned?)
The only resolution they were willing to offer was for me to wake my sleeping baby and get her out of the cabin to clean it right then and there (while laughing in my face) However, inconveniencing guest to do what should have been done upon arrival is absurd!
Save your money! These people would rather take your money than do things the right way the first time!!!

Hotels.com make the bookings properply.
Our stay wasn't to bad, considering when we got there you's( hotels.com) hadn't even booked our cabin but they found one for us and gave us a great deal. The cabin's could use a bit of fix up and cleaning. over all we were just there to sleep so it wasn't to bad I guess.
