「Property easy to find, check in fast. Parking out back, well lit. Pool clean and hot tub. Right across the street from the vortex of bars and clubs. Yes you can hear the music across the street when you're outside. But we had a room in the back corner and at most a mild muffle of noise but very tolerable. Free breakfast included and it was very good. You pick items off a list and it is served to you. Only complaint is there was some minor maintenence needs like peeling paint on ceiling of room...

「Might be the best hotel for the money and although it’s probably technically a motel because you enter from the outside instead of from the hallway on the inside, the rooms are very nice in the pool and hot tub or massive」

「Staff was nice but the carpet was super disgusting full of stains seems like it hasn't been cleaned or vacuumed in awhile and it has an odd smell, also the bed sheets had stains and cigarette burns. They advertise breakfast but they no longer server breakfast. 」

「The stay was for my parents 35th anniversary. They loved the stay and all the staff was very friendly. I checked them in the day before the stay so I could drop some gifts and my interaction with the front desk was great as well. My only con is the lobby area was not air conditioned as the rooms and the halls by the rooms. Unfortunately in late September in Arizona it’s still very hot (high 90 low 100) so waiting to check in I started to get warm. 」
