"Family friendly and great for kids since they enjoyed the heated pool. Hot tub is nice but can get pretty crowded. We enjoyed our smal kitchen which was pretty well stocked. A couple broken things inside our unit though, like a closet door, but otherwise was a great stay. Very helpful and friendly staff. "

"Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Underground free parking is nice. There are 2 washers and driers located at parking level which is helpful. Free lockers for ski storage also located at parking level. If you rent skis from SkiBig3, it's a short 5-10min walk to the rental shop where you select your equipment and they will deliver it to the hotel for free as long as you get there by 7:30pm. When you are done with your trip the shop will also pick up the rented equipment from the hotel. Free shuttles to all 3 ski mountains are available. Shuttle stop is only steps away. Onsite restaurant is nice with great breakfast. The breakfast starts at 7am, but I think it would be better if it started at 6:30am to give more time for skiers who want to be on the first shuttles. The rooftop hot pools and sauna are great. There is also a small indoor pool at the same level. There is no alcohol allowed in common areas(which I believe is common among all resorts there), which includes the lobby and roof top pools. This rule is only enforced if it is obvious, meaning if you bring wine in a wine glass or beer from beer cans. A lot of guests are not aware of this rule, but they soon find out. At first I didn't agree with it, but I actually ended up liking it because it keeps groups of people who would normally drink a lot from getting too crazy. The town is so charming with plenty of great restaurants. We ate out every night(4 nights) and did not have one bad meal. "

"This is a nice place to stay away from the hustle bustle of town but still very close just a couple minutes. There was a fireplace in our premium yeah hi this is Steve hi hi yeah yeah yeah 720 499 second my memory is 4378 let's see whoops did you say yeah thank youroom, and it's important to know how to use them; they can become Smokey if they the wood is not pushed away from the front of the fireplace. They stock the wood every day which is nice and provide fire starter. The beds were very comfortable and our bathroom was big with a tub and a shower. I think the few negatives were just the difficulty with the parking lot and then having to walk up and then down the stairs and a room was kind of far away from everything which made carrying skis and luggage and everything kind of a pain. If you have a large vehicle like a truck it is definitely tight parking there but we were able to get a spot every night I don't think the restaurant is great and I was not impressed with breakfast. I think from an amenity standpoint it would be nice if they had a cafe with good espresso and not just a cheap machine there it would also have been nice if they had some pastries and some better food there but it was no big deal there's a big hot tub that's built in that was well maintained and it's a very quiet place to say so I would recommend it especially for people who want a bit more nature than you get staying in town. All my staff interactions were excellent."
