「We stayed at Hotel Balneari Termes Orion for 3 nights at the end of May 2026 to attend the wedding of a friend who got married close by. Friendly, helpful staff, who were very accommodating. The breakfast buffet is great, with lots of options, worth spending the extra money. Lovely cocktails at the bar too. 「Absolutely loved this hotel and the staff was amazingly accommodating! They were very helpful in answering all of our questions via messaging through the Expedia app prior to our stay. During our stay they were so welcoming. They also helped to arrange transportation to the Barcelona airport upon our departure & even packed us a picnic breakfast since we had to leave before breakfast service began. 「Everything was good and we had no issues. The staff was amazing. Very helpful and attentive. Location was fantastic. My only comment I have is about the shower in the bathroom. Very nice bathroom with everything you need except as in the European way there is no shower on the wall just a handheld shower head by the beautiful tub. Even a half enclosure. But for North Americans a bit of a challenge. You have to sit in the tub to used the shower head. Otherwise great.」

「 The hotel has espectacular view from the restaurant, our room had ocean view and we decided to let open the balcony door and slept with the sounds of the ocean. Breakfast was fantastic. Parking wasn’t easy but no cost. 」

「The staff was rude and unhelpful. We waited in the donning room for 20 minutes for assistance, but we had to leave because we were ignored. Our room smells bad, and they said nothing could be done—very poor customer service. 」

「The ocean view is blocked by trees if that is what you are looking for. Parking has a fee, is 3 blocks away and very difficult. The hotel looks better on the common areas, but the rooms are not as well mantained. I would pick a different place next time as there are plenty options in the area.」

「Hair strings on pillows and bed sheet. Mini fridge was broken with a mouldy ice tray inside. Housekeeper entered without knocking at all at 10am. Coffee never got refilled after the first night. 」
