「We stayed at Hotel Balneari Termes Orion for 3 nights at the end of May 2026 to attend the wedding of a friend who got married close by. Friendly, helpful staff, who were very accommodating. The breakfast buffet is great, with lots of options, worth spending the extra money. Lovely cocktails at the bar too. The rooms were great - good size, comfortable bed, air con worked really well and large, powerful shower. Lovely pool, with lots of sun loungers and umbrellas. You get a towel voucher...

「Property was a nice walk to the local beach and restaurants. Pool was nice and plenty of sun beds. Close to shops which is ideal and plenty of free parking around outside. Staff were all polite and helpful when required.」

「What a wonderful experience we had! Although we only stayed for one night, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel was beautiful, and our room was spotless and comfortable. 「The staff was rude and unhelpful. We waited in the donning room for 20 minutes for assistance, but we had to leave because we were ignored. Our room smells bad, and they said nothing could be done—very poor customer service. 」

「Bel hôtel en bord de mer. On a apprécié la piscine sur le toit. Très bon petit déjeuner. Déçu un peu par la chambre en rez de chaussée avec une très mauvaise isolation phonique. Nous avons partagé la longue douche de la chambre voisine à 1h du matin…」

「The hotel did an excellent breakfast and is in a great location. The staff were good particularly the hard workers taking care of the busy breakfast bar. However the hotel rooms and hallways were tired and in need of care and the beds were hard.」
