Out of Town Comfort

Super room, and comfortable. Breakfast lacklustre, so I chose, to do my own thing. Coffee available though in the lobby. A 15 minute walk from the city. Best perhaps to have a car. Pleasurable pool.

great hotel, nothing fancy, but if you are looking for a decent hotel, then that is your choice. Clean and spacious room. Staff is super relaxed, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great too

Staff abd cleanliness are good but honestly surprised its a hilton. Very worn and dated abd the beds are horrific. Having just come from barcelona hilton it was like chalk and cheese

This is a great hotel to explore Girona from, with a short 10-15minute walk into the main city and a 20 min walk to the old town. Unfortunately the pool was closed during our stay so we couldn't make use of this, but overall the hotel was clean and the staff very friendly.

The staff were nice and helpful. The hotel was nice and clean. We just had issues with water overflow in the bathroom while taking showers. Also, the beds were 2 twins together and we expected a king bed.

Spain Girona DTH Trip

Good was good and the waiter was nice and accommodating. The food has good variety. However the front desk staffs weren’t as nice as many other DoubleTree we’ve been too. A lot of things we have to self help plus pool was closed and they were not ready to open although there was no lightning or thunderstorms. Parking space was tight and difficult to manoeuvre. Overall stay in the room was nice with good nice room and TV Prog for the kids. However the key card was a real headaches as we were continuously locked out due to key card malfunction. Nice place to stay as near to many attractions.

the best feature is the breakfast, second comes the room is very clean and comfortable. The hotel is a bit noisy - one hears people in their own bathrooms...Staff was pleasant but I had to wait for my booked room for 90 minutes because I came in earlier. I had travelled 22 hours with 9 hours of time difference. I had asked to no avail.

Ok hotel

Very clean comfortable hotel 15 min walk to the city centre. however we had several issues with the keycard not working for the room. The bar area was closed at 10 which seemed to be very early. The sun deck wasn’t open even though it was 25degrees.

The staff were great, but the hotel itself is a little tired in places. For example there was no plug for the bath (so you could only shower, defeats the point of the bath), there were areas of the room that needed a bit of love (like the edges of doors), and the bathroom had a bit of a weird smell some times. It was good enough for a two night stay, but not sure I’d say it was a four star hotel.
