「Purtroppo la camera era davvero piena di polvere, polvere che sembrava posata da 10 anni. La struttura è datata, anche le porte e i mobili lo sono. Ho trovato sporcizia sui muri e nel frigo bar, per non dire armadio e altro. Il servizio è scarso, non ci sono fazzolettini usa e getta, avevano terminato le ciabattine, non ci sono detergenti per lavarsi e le tende non coprono totalmente dalla luce esterna. Mi dispiace perchè il personale è gentile però trovo che nonostante io abbia letto commenti...

La camera era provvista di balcone con tavolino e sedie indispensabile per asciugare eventuali costumi e teli, cosa che non ho avuto in una settimana di soggiorno in un Hotel Palace a 5 stelle a Vieste. Lo consiglio vivamente...」

「Rooms clean but old. Mattresses were sinking. No privacy you can ear people talk next door. Staff no smile, no hello not very welcoming. You walk in and they keep their head down. As for the breakfast, coffee horrible, pastries were dried and old from a few days. Bathroom a person barely fits in. The floor in the elevator feels as if you’re gonna go through also sinking in. I don’t recommend.」

「Absolutely amazing choice for our stop from north to south Italy!!! The pool is unbelievable for the whole family with amazing shape and great fresh water that brings you back to life. The room super clean and great bathroom with many many towels for everyone. Breakfast also something amazing just as we wanted.」
