Great one night stay at b&b in Pescara

Loved it, the room is spacious, very clean and modern. Bes is big and comfortable, there are blinds and air-condition. Everything works well. There is a common coffee corner and different coffee capsules, even decaffeinated ones. Breakfast was in a small cafe nearby, it's coffee and croissant, very fresh and tasty. The area around is very safe and nice, not too far from the beach of Pescara snd a lot of restaurants.

La Mie Citta was amazing. Our unit was easy to get to, it is on main level which was great as we were travelling with luggage and we did not have to do stairs. The check in quick and easy. The location was central and easy to get around by bus. The room was cleaned daily. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Pescara.

One night in Pescara

Overall good. A prompt response from owner to help adjust my air con - unfortunately the setting room was hot (set to 26C) & after 8 hours it decreased to 24C. The system is too feeble for the room. Disappointing given the amount of effort gone into producing such a nice property.

struttura di ripiego da parte dell Host. Avevo prenotato al B&B Hotel e mi dirottano al B&B Le mie città. pagando inoltre una tariffa il giorno prima molto superiore alle tariffe della struttura ove mi hanno dirottato, senza preavviso e senza istruzioni pr il checkin; tanto che ho dovuto chiamare telefonicamente l host di servizio, tra laltro non presente in struttura.

2 volta qui. D'ora in poi tappa fissa per spezzare viaggio per chi come me non riesce a fare una tirata da Nord a Sud. Conosco bene Pescara per via di Parenti qui e questa sistemazione è davvero delle migliori. Tutto nuovo, smart e ben curato. Titolare molto cordiale, avevo necessità di fare check in anticipato e di usufruire della colazione il giorno stesso dell' arrivo anziché del consueto giorno dopo, il titolare non ha esitato ad accontentarci (cosa non affatto scontata). Posizione 35 Min a piedi da Piazza Salotto. Tutto bello, nessun difetto, unico consiglio per il proprietario: aggiungere una coppia di biciclette per stanza con seggiolino bimbo. In questo modo la posizione diventerebbe davvero strategica con la possibilità di raggiungere il centro di Pescara in un batter d'occhio per i più pigri.

Belíssima estadia

O lugar é ótimo. Quarto aconchegante, cama extremamente confortável, o chuveiro é maravilhoso. Limpo todos os dias e bem cuidado. O café é num bar próximo, mas com poucas opções. Mesmo assim é gostoso e as pessoas são simpáticas. O anúncio diz estacionamento grátis, mas na verdade é na rua mesmo. O lado bom é que dificilmente você não vai encontrar vaga.

Quarto confortável, espaçoso. Estacionamento próprio. O café da manhã incluído no valor da diária, não é no estabelecimento: tem duas opções de local, mas em ambos, se resume em uma xícara de café e um croissant. Este é sem dúvida, o ponto fraco.

La struttura è comoda e ben tenuta. Qualche leggera perplessità sulla pulizia che è sta si fatta ma non certamente accurata, presenza di peli nel bagno e di polvere su alcune superfici. Purtroppo ne il check in che il check out ho avuto il piacere di interfacciarmi con il gestore della guest house. Il parcheggio è in realtà libero sulla strada, quindi non è un servizio dell' host

Spectacular!

This has been one of our favourite stays while in Italy. We could not ask for more.. It was clean, bright, quiet, well-located for our sight-seeing and walks on the lido, very comfortable bed, well-appointed bathroom, environmentally engineered to use minimal electricity while giving us everything we needed, including air-conditioning. We stayed four nights and will return again. ( We found great restaurants close by too... Pipe for one.)

Allora : camera bella e confortevole . PULITA .. per me va bene per una notte ! Comunicato che venivo con la macchina e quindi cercavo una struttura con possibilità del parcheggio …. PARCHEGGIO inesistente da loro . Trovato posto per strada per culo ! 5 euro per una chiamata ( perché arrivato a mezzanotte ) senza neanche vedere chi gestisce la struttura , andata e ritorno , ridicolo . Colazione convenzionata … ma .. il caffè in struttura , almeno quello lo volevo ! (Colazione al bar inesistente !!! cornetti od altro finiti ), a Macchina del caffè a cialde ci sta ma senza istruzioni o sapere dove sono . Piacevole soggiorno di una notte per alcune cose . ORRIBILE per altre . Consiglio comunque la struttura in quanto pulita e , voce al telefono cortese . Qualità prezzo ottima per alcune cose . Da migliore sicuramente su altre .
