"Most of the outlets in the room either didn't work at all or were very loose and wouldn't keep a plug in them. There was a used bar of soap in the shower. Other than that it was a decent room. We didn't spend a lot of time in there, just slept as we were there for a volleyball tournament. The breakfast was decent. Not sure I'll stay here again. "

"This property was really good — I would have given it 5 stars, but during my stay only one elevator was working, which was pretty frustrating. Aside from that, I truly enjoyed my visit. The staff was incredibly kind, funny, and welcoming. From check-in to seeing them throughout my stay, they made the experience feel more personal — like interacting with friends. Hands down, this was the most friendly team I’ve encountered at any Hyatt property. Kudos to the hiring manager for putting together such an amazing staff!"

"Justin was great. Went over and above for us. As for the guests staying at the hotel well they were not very courteous. A young child laughing and playing at midnight, dog barking late in the night and howls of sexual pleasure long after 1am made for a not so great sleep. "

"The room was clean and the restaurants were great, the pool on the other hand was a little outdated and very loud with children playing and going in and out of the hottub. I feel if they are going to have the prices of a high end spa there should be a separate area for children and other hotel guests. It completely ruined my zen with the spa. "
