「Dimora storica di grande fascino. Vista mozzafiato e giardino con una grande piscina dotata di idromassaggio. La colazione con ampia scelta di cibi si fa direttamente in giardino sotto grandi ombrelloni bianchi. C’è un salone di fronte alla reception di inaudita bellezza. Personale molto disponibile e gentile. Relax e tranquillità. La camera - molto pulita - è dotata di phone e kit beauty. Una ulteriore cura dei particolari della stanza potrebbe aggiungere una valutazione ancor più positiva」

「As a Hotels.com Gold member, I was genuinely surprised by this stay. The check-in communication was nonexistent, so I had to reach out myself just to get inside. The lighting was controlled by a single key, making it awkward for two guests, and the host was inflexible about that, telling me I should not have removed the key for the light from the entrance keys. He was also quite pushy about a four-euro tax, insisting on a wire transfer and then calling and messaging multiple times over it. The...

「Perfect location right in the centre of the old city. The rooms are on the first floor and there is no escalator, so a short climb up with your luggage is unavoidable. We did the check-in on our own and throughout the 2 nights that we stayed there, we haven't sighted any reception staff.」
