"The mosquitoes in Rome were horrendous- but I killed 36 mosquitoes INSIDE the room as well. Was absolutely unbearable.
The staff did try to accommodate; they sprayed the room but it made zero difference. "
"The first front desk agent was not welcoming or friendly. The one that assisted me was nice but there was no review of wifi, restaurants, amenities, or check out time.
Room was dated, and uncomfortable. You could hear everything from halls and rooms.
They need to renovate this one felt like dorm rooms. "

"Nothing was too much trouble - the reception staff were excellent and always willing to recommend how to best get the most out of our time there. The shuttle service to the metro and free underground parking were also very useful 👍

"We stayed here for a few days at the start of a trip to Italy. It wasn't the most conveniently located hotel for exploring the famous sites of Rome, but it wasn't a horrible location, either. We were able to easily navigate the buses and trains to areas we wanted to visit (a bus stop is right outside the property, and buses can take you to a train station). We were sad that the pool was out of commission during our stay, but things happen and the staff provided vouchers to visit the pool at a different hotel nearby. There was also a mall next door that had a variety of shops and dining options."

The only complaint I have is the ac was blowing out warm air and it was too hot in our room. The front desk said they can fix it remotely but it was still hot. "Lovely Apartment enough for 1 person like me but can accommodate 3 as this was a triple beds no view but not a problem as everything is on your doorstep bus train all easy to reach .lovely breakfast could do with milk in room for tea and coffee .Staff all very pleasent and very helpfull
