「Staff exceeded our expectations, and made the stay very enjoyable, despite a couple minor issues. We have tried out numerous hotels in medellin over the years and this is by far our favourite, so it has become our number 1 choice in medellin. Minor Issues- there is no AC in the common area/living room and kitchen, which can get quite hot during the day. However, the bedroom AC works amazing which is most important. Lastly, I would avoid using any wine glasses, 2 broke while just rinsing them...

「This hotel experience was great , the location is awesome 10-15 minutes away from octava maravilla and 5 minutes away from provenza . The breakfast was always fresh and delicious with 10 different options . The staff was on point but the only downside was the cleaning company, the will only take out the bathroom trash or fix your bed but when it comes to cleaning the bath tub or bathroom sink I will give it a 0 star , one of my Contacts lenses felt on the sink counter and it was seating there...
