This is an actual comparison between our last visits to the hotel in 2017 and 2025: For instance, no complimentary water bottle at the room; no box of paper tissues, as in the past, only two small paper towels the first day and no more; no courtesy pen at the room, etc. This shows us that these "savings" policies have been implemented by the managenent giving the clients a poor assesment.」
