I had an air conditioning issue that was completely handled within 20 minutes of reporting it and they even gave me a meal credit for the inconvenience. The location is great and this will be my new hotel to stay at when visiting Medellín. "

"We absolutely loved our stay! The room was very, very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. We were also able to check in early, which made our trip so much easier. One of our favorite parts was the in-room Google Home setup — we could turn on music, close the blinds, adjust the AC, and control the lighting just with our voice. It made the whole experience feel modern, comfortable, and fun. Overall, one of the best hotel stays we’ve had. Highly recommend!"

"Our unit was like a tiny home. My daughter loved the loft. The flooring had gaps from poor installation but the apartment was clean and the property staff were prompt and courteous.. The mattress would be considered comfortable for colombian standards. Shower was small. Did not have hot water for about 6 hours one day but staff helped correct the issue.. All in all I would give it a 8.5 out of 10.. "
