「The Palazzo Balsamo is a new hotel and elegantly appointed. Our room was spacious and beautiful. The breakfast and dining area were quite pleasant. I cannot say enough about the friendliness and kindness of the staff, who were quite helpful. We wish we had extended our stay longer.」

「If the Palermo Centrale railway station is your transportation hub then this B&B is your number one choice. It will only takes you 5 minutes walking from the b&b to the station. Like their name, it is white and clean but our room is quite small and no good view. Staff is nice and helpful. The place is on the second floor, if you are not strong enough to carry your luggages up the stairs then it might not be the place for you. 」

「Noise level of pedestrian was very high during all hours of the day/night. Was hard to sleep. Parking was on the street in a rough part of the neighborhood. Was concerned for safety, did not bring any luggage to the room, with fear or being targeted. 」
