The resort has a great atmosphere and is a perfect place to unwind after exploring Banff and the surrounding mountains. Everything was clean, quiet, and very convenient. Overall, we had a great experience and truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend Banff Rocky Mountain Resort to anyone visiting the Banff area and looking for a comfortable place to stay!"

"We had a loft room that was nice and spacious. The hotel itself is quite dated and not kept up very well. There was a water leak in the hallway and the ceiling was damaged. Large part of the floor was wet. Our young kids all got a chemical burn after spending a few hours in the pool. Not a great overall experience. It was fairly cheap for banff. The playhouse was fun for the kids but felt a bit like a dungeon as the lighting was poor. "

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Buffalo Mountain Lodge. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm and welcoming. To our surprise, the staff kindly upgraded us to a premium room, which made our stay even more special. My husband was able to relax in the beautiful bathtub, and it was exactly the kind of peaceful getaway we were hoping for. We especially loved the fireplace and enjoyed sitting by it every evening. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept so well. Even the small details stood out — the Nescafé coffee in the room was something we looked forward to every morning. Thank you to the staff for making our stay so memorable and relaxing. We truly appreciated the kindness and hospitality and would love to come back again."
