"Hotel is beautiful and bartender was a nice, older gentleman. Beach view impeccable! The front desk staff however with the exception of Paula were just dry. Not friendly or inviting. At one point there were 3 of us waiting to check in and a women sitting behind the desk continued her paper work. Customer service should always come 1st."
"A beautiful property in an excellent location with a truly outstanding staff. Unfortunately, there was no manager or director on site during my stay, and the staff were doing their best to manage the property on their own. While they were professional, courteous, and hardworking, the absence of leadership was noticeable. It is a real pity, because with proper management, this property has the potential to be an absolute jewel."
"Average stay with dishonest staff.
We booked a double room (1 double bed for 2 people), but were given a twin room (2 single beds for 2 people) instead. When we raised this with staff, they said the hotel only had twin rooms, but we then noticed that one of the rooms being cleaned was a double room!
Two other things that were quite bad: (1) the swimming pool is very small and has very few seats next to it, and (2) the vending machine will take your money and won’t give you what you paid for"
