"The hotel is well situated, an apt hotel which are well equipped, clean and has all the amenities that one needs. The reason for the low rating is due mainly to a mix up in the reservations that we have and how it was handled. We reserved two bedrooms apt, got only one, and also by mistake they overcharge me, and it took me two months and many phone calls and emails to get my money back. Also, we were there during the heat wave and their AC doesn't work that great and it does not go below 22...

"This was one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in in my life- and I have travelled a lot! Often when you rent a place, upon arrival you discover that the photos were taken at a misleading angle, or that something about the place is not really as nice as it was spelled out to be. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "

"La douche ne fonctionnait pas et nous avons essayé de contacter l'équipe sur les 4 numéros qui nous on été donné dont un qui était pour les urgences mais nous n'avons reçu aucune réponse de l'équipe. nous avons donc passé un séjour de 4 jours sans douche c'est inacceptable scandaleux et déplorable, bien dommage car le reste était correcte. "This was a wonderful stay. However, if you do not have a vehicle, every trip to the city is easily $35-$50 each way. The city is very clean with great food & great service! The property manager does not respond very quickly. I needed a taxi and never got a response. If we go back to Lugano, we will stay closer to town!!"

"We were in Lugano for just one night for my partners birthday and wish we could’ve stayed longer. The staff were very kind and upgraded our room for the birthday celebration! We also were able to arrange a free shuttle to the train station when we left. Beautiful view from the room and other areas in the hotel. We didn’t get a chance to use them, but the wellness amenities seemed great as well. Would stay again! "
