"Clean room"

"The room was not ready when we arrived (at 9pm). Waited in line for 45 minutes to check in despite already having checked in online. The lobby stinks of cigarette smoke AND the ozone spray they try to cover it with. The room was not clean when we got there. We requested housekeeping but no one came. There were just two thin sheets on each bed- no blankets or comforters at all. After three days of no housekeeping, the only way to get someone to our room was to get a manager involved. I've had better experiences in hostels. The staff with whom we directly interacted were friendly and as helpful as they could be. "

"Luke warm shower with very slow drain. Pool closed for my entire stay. Will never stay at the Westgate again. Don’t do it, spend more money Ana stay somewhere you can enjoy."

"This is our 3rd time staying there. The staff is always helpful and nice. Wr have tried other places and we just prefer the Strat. The rooms are great and clean my only complaint is the bed the mattress is hard. "
