The main part of the hotel is the nicest and shows where they put most of the money. My room had stained wall coverings and a clogged shower drain so you couldn't use the double showerhead feature. I probably wouldn't stay here again. "

"The pool chaise lounge cushions were not put out until 3/16, our last day. A note or sign should be put on every fridge that the ice maker is not activated due to poor water quality and all guests should use the ice machine on each floor which has purified/filtered water. In fact why did Hilton purchase fridges w ice makers if they are not needed? The coffee machine leaked water all over the counter while it was perking. The staff was awesome, the maids on the 35th floor were very kind and helpful! "
