"The cottages are right on Discovery Bay. We watched river otters playing, went kayaking, and saw incredible views of the Olympic Mountains, the bay, and the sunsets from both rooms, the porch, and the large patio, the kinds of views that you could look at for hours. The cottage has a cozy, traditional feel that we loved. "Our room was just like the picture. We had lots of room and the bed was comfy. The shower head was rather low; I am 5’4 and it was at forehead level for me. The little balcony would be nice in the summer, but oddly enough we didn’t use it in 24 degree weather. It’s not far from town but it isn’t safe to walk on highway 20 so we drove in. Overall it was a nice stay. It is rustic, to go with the town’s theme, but we had everything we needed. "
