「The hotel itself has good rooms. Everything was clean and modern. The restaurant on the premises was great; we ate there multiple times. The real highlight of our stay was the staff. The owner Andrea was amazing. We had a large car for the area (the roads around Lake Como are SMALL). This led to some issues with parking and even getting into and out of the hotel's parking lot. "We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice ."
