「it's very small but just about ok but it proved very noisy both in the surrounding area and within the very hotel. 」

「Very nice staff. Nice aspect and close to beach too. Difficult without a car and found taxi expensive. I required of the airport shuttle mentioned and had booked the return but when enquired it wasn’t an actual shuttle but called local taxi which was expensive and basic. Confused when Expedia said shuttle available and concession. It didn’t. It was nice and fab for golf of course」

「First of all the reception staff and in particular the gentleman who booked us in were excellent. Nothing was too much of a problem for them. Friendly, helpful and extremely courteous. The hotel is beautiful and overlooks the nicest square in Esteponna. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice and served in or outside the hotel. I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel and cannot wait to return.」

「Very central, large apartment. The views from apartment are not good. Advertised as having a patio, which unfortunately turned out to be a small area off the bedroom , surrounded by very high walls with many other apartment windows looked down onto it. This area was not clean . The shower head had to be hand held as would fall out of its socket when turned on. Can’t say anything about AC as the remote control did not work. Towels were old and discoloured.」

「Super schicken authentisch andalusisches Appartement, groß, sauber, voll ausgesrsttete Küche, gute Betten, extrem ruhig und das beste MITTEN in der Innenstadt. Parkplatz ist kein Problem. Es gibt ein Parkhaus für 3€ pro Tag 400m entfernt 」

「Beautiful hotel with tranquil views over a small plaza with a fountain tinkering away. Fantastic breakfast, that orange juice?!?!? Yum!」

「Total relaxation in a beautiful setting. Half board option was well worth it, food was very good. Staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of sun loungers in landscaped gardens. Drinks were expensive but to be expected in a boutique style accommodation. Highly recommended.」

「Locatie van het hotel is prima. Kamers zijn zeer verouderd, nog hetzelfde als 15 jaar geleden. Airconditioning werkt nauwelijks tot niet. Sommige avonden tot 1 uur in nacht, sommige nachten helemaal niet. Beddengoed wordt niet regelmatig verschoond. Jaren geleden was het een bruisend en hip hotel, nu een hotel zonder sfeer en gezelligheid. Personeel was wel ontzettend vriendelijk.」

「We had a nice holiday but have definitely stayed in better 4 star hotels. There should definitely be a shuttle service to the marina as taxis are extortionate if you don’t have a car. The way the grounds / restaurants / bars are designed could be improved. More casual places to eat and drink during the day are needed. Disappointing we were told when booking we’d have access to la reserve and then being told on the day we didn’t. Also advised late checkout looked possible for the next day and...
