「Nice staff, good location, extra clean」

「Arrived at 4pm and our room wasn’t ready, the staff at the front desk were not helpful at all, did not offer anything for the inconvenience, they charge for everything you do in the hotel, even for extra towels or towel changes, so beware! Even though our room was almost $500 per night we still had to deal with all of this. We traveled all around Spain and this is by far the worst hotel. The cleaning staff was very nice!」

「Die Appartements waren groß mit einem tollen Balkon, der Innenpool war groß und gut temperiert, in den Betten konnte man gut schlafen. Zur Promenade ist es nicht weit, dort sind eine Reihe von Restaurants, für Selbstversorger gibt es zwei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht fußläufig sind.」

「We got one bedroom apartment. The smell of toilets and sewage was very annoying. I asked them to change the apartment but they did not accept for four days.」

「Beautiful property. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Lovely pool and amazing garden / terrace. I had the basic room and it was plenty big enough and very comfortable. If you intend to explore you’ll need to hire a car but I stayed 3 nights and didn’t need to leave the hotel. My massage with Maria was lovely. I’d definitely recommend」

「A refined hotel amongst many in the region which are less so. The feeling is quite exclusive, but of course, you pay for that. The food is very good, although “Lobster served with chips and a crispy fried egg, which sounds irresistible, is disappointing at euros 110 for two people,1 small lobster, between 2 does not go far. We will definitely return though for the sweetbreads cooked on the Josper! A very friendly and relaxing experience all told.」

「Perfect hotel! Enjoyed 7 days in this beautifully renovated hotel with my fiancée, it was absolutely lovely. Very welcoming staff. Breakfast was a highlight, with so many options (+ some gluten free ones which were appreciated as I am celiac). Also many things to do at and close to the hotel, including tennis at Rafa Nadal Tennis Academy. Lovely staff there as well (Maggy :) was amazing), great courts and coaches!」

「Cuando llegamos todo bien, al día siguiente dejamos el comunicado puesto en la puerta para limpiar la habitación, salimos a la calle y llegamos y la habitación sin arreglar sin cambiar toallas, subimos arriba a auna mini terraza que tiene Arriba queríamos comer algo y nunca había nada. Lo otro es sobre las habitaciones que vamos de escucha todo, y te atiende el servio del hotel」
