「清潔工作做的很好，員工的服務態度誠肯，提供的建議也有帮肋。附近有超市，只是不知是因為我們住的時候是假日的關係還是別府原因，经常不開。另外離地鐵站遠些，步行要10多分鐘。」

「Perfect location, 5 minutes walk from Cadorna train station (station for train from Milan Malpensa airport). 20 minute walk to the city centre (Duomo). A few eating places within a 5 minute walk. Staff lovely. Room fantastic, very warm and comfortable. Lots of USB points. Bathroom sparklingly clean with lots of hot water. Coffee machine and fridge. Comfy bed and very quiet. Not a traditional hotel with a lobby etc, it’s the whole 3rd floor of a building, but reception has someone there 24 hours....

「The hostel is 10 minutes walk from the Milan Duomo. The staff is nice, continental breakfast is basic but sufficient. Stayed in a 8 people dormitory on first floor. Loud music is played in the common/dining area and one can hear it on Friday and Saturday nights till 1am.」

「Lovely clean and modern room! Less than 15 minutes to city center making walking places easy. The host is lovely! Very quick to respond and super helpful! A lovely place to stay would very much recommend. Small niceties are also included in the bathroom and coffee station. 」

「Lovely apartment close to all the sights and easy to get to from Linate airport on the underground. Lots of restaurant bars nearby. Facilities in the apartment were very good and access was simple. 」

「The room was spacious. Hashan was very helpful. We were able to get in before our check in time which was great. The apartment was very convenient as it is easily accessible for everything: train, food and shopping. 」

「Central air conditioning. A little stuffy and too noisy if we opened the window. The reception was friendly and communication was very perfect and timely. Unfortunately our last night was disrupted by a powercut due to the construction work that was being carried out outside of the building. 」

「A perfect location to explore Milan from. The apartment was as exactly as described and service excellent most of the times. One evening shift guy was a bit rude and didn't understand English well but the staff on duty when checking in and out were super welcoming, helpful and kind. I will probably choose this one again on my trip to Milan.」

「Amazing location, amazing staff! The hotel has 5 floors, each with a suite and a hotel style room. The top floor has a terrace with views of the city. We walked everywhere during our stay. The front desk staff was fantastic, as was the restaurant. Thank you so much for a great first trip to Milano!」
