「Central air conditioning. A little stuffy and too noisy if we opened the window. The reception was friendly and communication was very perfect and timely. Unfortunately our last night was disrupted by a powercut due to the construction work that was being carried out outside of the building. 」

It was spotlessly clean and the location was perfect. 1 minute from the train station where you can get the express train to malpensa airport and then about a 6-7 minute walk to the tube. The area felt safe to walk around at night. We would definitely stay again」

「A perfect location to explore Milan from. The apartment was as exactly as described and service excellent most of the times. One evening shift guy was a bit rude and didn't understand English well but the staff on duty when checking in and out were super welcoming, helpful and kind. I will probably choose this one again on my trip to Milan.」

「This worked out well. Just a matter of figuring out the key tag lock the first time. I felt horrible for the cleaning staff. We stopped by early and dropped off the luggage. He was still cleaning up from the previous tenants. The place was trashed. I have to admit, I was surprised how clean it was just a few hours later. Would stay again. 」
