「Rooms are clean Staff is helpful and pleasant There is ample space to hang out in the lobby or play cards at the eating area Its a very large main area The area is safe Lots of food areas and close to 75 to get moving in the morning」

「The room was clean as expected, bed was comfortable so were the pillows , what needs to be improved the bath tub faucet leaking water , the bath room was very dark needs more lights , The room it self could be a bit brighter hard to see when packing or unpacking. Thanks for the opportunity to share our experience. John」

「The property was clean and reasonably maintained. However the room was supplied with 3 bath mats and a face cloth, no hand or bath towels !! This needs to be addressed. This is the second time staying at this location and didn't have bath towels the first time either!!!」

「It showed a Continental breakfast each morning. The woman at the desk stated that they don’t do that anymore! Ithink I should get a rebate for having to buy my own breakfast when I thought I’d paid for one.」

「The night clerk was rude, did not even direct us toward our room or tell us anything of where to find ice etc. the room smelled of cigarette smoke even though it is a non smoking room. No water pressure in the shower. The blackout shade was too small for the window. Breakfast was pathetic, the only offering were a basket of apples and a waffle maker」

「Every thing was wonderful! Jennifer R. Was awesome at check in so sweet and helpful! I was traveling with my 87 year old mom and Jennifer showed me where the coffee was for my mom and was so accommodating!! It was a great experience!!」

「Ac was already on, so room was already cool. Beds /Pillows seemed new and not worn down. It’s an older property that’s been cosmetically renovated. TV’s are not “smart”. Overall a great value for location and comfort.」

「When I checked in, the person checking me in was too busy talking to someone on their ear pods that the only thing she said to me was asking for my ID. My card key would not work and had to go back twice and she finally activated another card and walked with me to the door to make sure it worked. The room I found out later had small flies and spiders in it. I didn’t realize it until the next day because I was so tired fr driving. I had a funeral to go to was the only reason I didn’t check...

「I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. The room was extremely disappointing. There were spider webs all over the ceiling, making it obvious that the room hadn’t been properly cleaned in quite some time. The baseboards throughout the entire room were covered in dirt and dust, which only added to the feeling that cleanliness was not a priority. To make matters worse, there was no hot water, so taking a shower was not an option. The bed sheets...
