The staff members were professional, helpful, and friendly, abd the room was a lovely place to crash between outings. The popcorn in the lobby and generally friendly atmosphere enhanced the experience for the whole family."

"This was a terrible hotel to stay at. My daughter and I requested two beds and we were put on the first floor. It was so loud and sounded like the Metro was right behind our room. When I asked to be moved, the staff immediately said they are fully booked at couldn’t move us. The bathroom is one of those where there’s no separation between the sink, toilet and shower so it splashes everywhere and the water didn’t drain quick enough. In my opinion this room should not be given to any paying guest! Oh and by the way, we paid over $200 for one night, way overpriced!"
