「We had an excellent experience in this hotel. It was the first time we visited this hotel. Located a bit away from the city centre, the hotel's deco, ambience and service were comparable to a 5-star hotel. We were particularly impressed by the service of Ali, proactive, considerate and detailed to meet our needs, even the unspoken. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel and found them enjoyable. 」

「We really enjoyed our stay at The Lakes by Yoo. Everything was clean and well designed and the pool and spa facilities were good. Most importantly the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. There was a minor issue with our original room so they kindly upgraded us to a suite for our final night, which we weren't able to stay in as we had to leave due to a family emergency, but the gesture was greatly appreciated. We hope to visit again in the future! 」

「We had a fabulous weekend. The cottage was very easy to find, a short walk from the free car park and a stroll to the main street and many pubs, shops and eateries in Burford. The cottage is cosy but spacious for a family, with a well equipped kitchen and three comfortable bedrooms. We ate at the Farmer's Dog, the Bull and the Lamb Inn, all of which were great. The free car park is limited to 12 in every 24 hours so isn't somewhere you can leave you car over the weekend. On Friday night every...

「Overall great checkin was slow and not very helpful but there was a new trainee in the team so i understood. Checked out and was asked to pay 30 pound i owed on room ,told the girl i had paid up before she said i had to pay but she didnt know what it was for.」
