「The apartment is ideally located, with shops and restaurants within easy reach. The promenade du Anglais is minutes away, as well as local transportation, with the tram stop 2 blocks away. A good security system separates the apartments from local residents. The apartment was bright and clean, with a comfortable bed, good shower and blackout curtains. 「I would not come here, the property upon arrival had an absolute awful mildew smell in the shower, had had hairs on the bedsheet, half empty bottles left behind. It was just felt so unsanitary to stay here, the host did not apologize however he did send a cleaning crew the next day which I appreciated they then explained that the smell was because of bad weather they had and they couldn’t do much so I appreciated the explanation and the apology from the cleaning crew.
