「BRestaurant didn’t seem to be open. Room 19 was really dated and tub was taped up with black tape. Room wasn’t ready at 3pm. Towels very thin. Property overall seemed run down. Still would say that for the money, I would stay here again. Location is good.」

「Beauty place to stay. No TV in room and found out when we got there the restaurant was only open Monday and Tuesday. Quaint and super comfy in an amazing setting.」

「We had room #504 with a balcony and I couldn’t see anything but the trees. It said “lakeside view” nope. It was nice and secluded but all I could see were the red chairs at the front of the building. That’s the only side with trees in front of the balcony. I recommend the center or the other side without trees. Room was clean, there needs to be an exhaust fan in the bathroom.」

「If was great for viewing the Ironman that my son competed in It was very clean, quiet, parking right in front of unit I stayed in Wish there was an ice machine Misunderstood thought there was dishes silverware etc and there was NO snacks」

「Property is beautifully designed. Looks like the lounge will be a nice place to relax once it is finished. Back patio was being utilized by guests enjoying themselves. Owners were kind and helpful, and accommodating with a request we made which was so appreciated! We will definitely return.」

「Great cabins and location」

「Was given a room near the elevator and the front desk was super helpful in relocating us to a less busy area of the hotel. Beautiful property with beautiful views (it has an offsite private beach which is worth checking out). The restaurant was decent and was one of the only things open after the Ironman Lake Placid since most restaurants in town close at 9 pm. It is a hike from town uphill to get to the property but its centrally located, I would stay here again.」

「We had mixed our arrival date up to show arriving a day later than what we actually needed - we called the hotel to ask about changing the date by one day and they refused, they wouldn't refund us (reserved it more than a week before arrival) and then sent me a survey about our stay that we never checked in for because we were on a plane heading back home, hence the dates being mixed up - sent us back t Expedia and then Expedia sent us back to the hotel - $400 that they kept and then we had to...
