「Clean room and kids friendly play structure」

「The location was perfect! Close to all the attractions but a nice quiet location. Loved being by able to walk to the Whiteface Ski Resort. The view from the room was stunning. Our room could use a little updating but for the price it couldn’t be beat! The owners are wonderful! Always available and very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and we felt very comfortable there! We will definitely go back.」

「We were originally meant to get one room but there was an issue so we ended up with two rooms with a connecting door, which was great except one room had ants in it and neither bathroom door locked.Super close to whiteface though which was super convenient. It seems like it was a work in progress, as one of the rooms had a much nicer and up to date bathroom than the other. Overall it was a decent stay but did not live up to our expectation.」

「The place was beautiful but my room had the worst view. All I was able to see was black top roof and pvc pipes. Getting to and from the room was challenging. Construction on 1St floor and elevator needs TLC. They needed to close the wing completely. I will not come back. Even if they pay me!!!」

「Very clean and excellent location!!! Staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was very unique! The only “complaint” I have is that the pull out sofa was terrible. It was more like a futon- very hard and no mattress at all, literally just sleeping on an uncomfortable sofa. That should not be considered an additional sleeping space.」

「Stayed for the holiday weekend with my family. We enjoyed it, the property is lovely, our room was clean and beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful. Love that it is pet friendly as well. Would definitely stay again in the future.」

「Shoddy rooms, broken sink, no maid service or room cleaning for the 3 days we stayed. No follow up by manager about problems and requested rate refund.」

「I would have rated this Hotel as a 10; However, parking is an issue. The Hotel had no available parking when we arrived and we had to park our vehicle at a town parking lot a distance from the Hotel.」

「This is our second stay here. We have enjoyed both rooms and stays. Spacious area, comfortable and optional outdoor seating to enjoy the beautiful views. Close walk to mirror lake and town. Would highly recommend!」
