「Room super clean, no carpett」

「The check-in process was fast and efficient. Our room was clean and well equipped. TV worked fine and channel selection was good. The hotel provided a helpful detailed list of local restaurants with a map. The breakfast buffet was great and the workers pleasant and helpful. The only complaint was the condition of the carpets in the hallway in front of our room door and the adjacent rooms both sides of the hallway. The carpets hadn't been vacuumed in a good while!」

「Arrived late and assigned us a room which had a very loud noise unable to sleep. Had to work a while for staff to assign us a new room. Finally got a new room not as nice as first room. Finally had a good night’s sleep good beds. Breakfast in the morning was OK. Overall I would give the hotel an average score. Night staff were helpful in solving the problem as hotel was all booked. Place was clean.」

「Don’t know about breakfast. We like to leave before 7:00. Breakfast wasn’t served until 7:00 because it was a Sunday. We like to leave about 7:00. We were not going to wait until after 7:00 to leave. 」

「Worst room location in the hotel we were over the maintenance department of the elevator so every time the elevator moved our wall rattle. It was very loud. The bed was horrible. Other than that the hotel is very, very nice and they have a great restaurant inside as well.」
