「We had a very good experience with the team at the Fairfield Marriott. They were really helpful when we arrived in Jakarta airport even sending the shuttle bus to pick us up. We arrived at the hotel at 9 am and even though we were expecting not to get to a room straight away the team got a room ready quickly for us. 「They didn’t arranged my room on time, I waited in the lobby for around an hour. So they offered me free breakfast for the next morning. Both my room and the swimming pool was clean, the bathroom was really nice. All the staffs were very kind, if they didn’t put the hairdryer inside the room, feel free to ask. The breakfast was great and delicious, they provided many different foods for customers to choose.」

「淋浴間蓮蓬頭🚿水量很大，若可以調整移動的話就更好了。吹風機固定在抽屜內不太方便使用，也有點老舊了，希望下去入住時可以有新的吹風機。」

「Very nice hotel since room is large and clean. The only comment is the swimming pool is a bit small. Luckily when I swim on the morning, I am the only person using the swimming pool.」
