"It is a great resort to stay at in San Juan. The umbrellas and towels were free to use. The beach and pool are very nice and the staff was super friendly."

El hotel está lindo pero deberían de mejorar área de la limpieza, esas toallas estaban manchadas, ascensores dañados casi todos, aires no servían tenían abanicos de techo y todos apagados, mala experiencia con los restaurantes."

"The staff are fairly friendly but overall not a good resort. The hotel is outdated and a lot of people complained that their room had no AC. Fortunately ours did, but we found a large spider in the room, heard what sounded like a homicide next door, the power went out at some point, and the food is terrible. Some of the staff were friendly but the rest were unprofessional. The bar staff hits on women and tells them to meet them in bathrooms “to kiss.” I don’t complain much, but this resort deserves the bad review. It is still an expensive vacation and it did not hold its value at all. They have zero interest in refunding you in any way for the trouble. "

"We really didn't like the facility in the room. The bathroom knob just came off. House keeping was scheduled to come once in 3 nights I believe. Upon multiple request they sent the house keeping on second day to replace the towels. I mean a hotel which is at the beach is expected to have constant towel replacement and cleaning considering the guest requirements and visits to the beach. We didn't like the staff at all. There was no friendly or warm gestures. It was borderline arrogance. We weren't happy with the room and the staff. What we likes is the property and its amenities. They were clean and nice. Multiple pools and the beach were really beautiful. The water park was amazing. That's about it. Restaurants were very expensive with average taste."

"Overall the experience was good. However, the food is very mid (even at the à la carte restaurants). We also had the lights go out for several hours, couldn’t get dinner that night since the restaurants also didn’t have power and we were left with no AC. Ruined the last day."
