We had one minor problem - water would not drain from the bathroom basin but after a call to reception, this was sorted out immediately. One other small issue was regarding cleanliness, there is a mirror on the wall which has a decorative leather strap. This strap had thick dust on the top half of it. 「This is a very nice hotel and the rooms are spacious. We are satisfied with this comfortable stay experience. But I think a minor thing may need to be improved. The temperature of bath/shower is not very steady, and it dropped down after several minutes. Besides, the water from tape also took several minutes to become warm. Since we visited in April and it is still a bit cold, when I washed my hands I felt a bit freezing. It would be better to access hot water more easily.」
