「Fab stay, cute little place 」

We were given an accessible room, even though I had not booked that, and when we asked if it was possible to switch we were given a multitude of reasons why we shouldn’t. Upon check in, our first encounter with the staff member present felt strange. We were asked if we had stayed there previously, we hadn’t, we were asked how we got there, by cab, we were told when breakfast was served and given our room keys. 「Beautiful room. wxceptional standard and cleanliness. Great amenities in the guest lounge area. A bit noisy at night due to city location. Breakfast food fresh and high standard ingredients aligned to the hotel brand. Given the price point a cooked breakfast option should be included not additional. I would recommend and stay again in a back located room if possibke.」

However, there were some hairs left in the bathtub, which was not very pleasant to see and could have been cleaned more carefully.
