「Property was very clean. They have obviously put effort into maintaining it. We unfortunately just got room 217 that the ac did not work in. We thought it was just weak and would catch up in the night with the sun not shining and we were so tired. Big mistake at 3oclock in the morning it was so hot we couldn’t sleep but who wants to change rooms at that time of night. My mom had a room across the hall and her ac worked great. We complained in the morning but they didn’t do anything for us so if...

「It was just a sub-par hotel. The shower head had a leak that sprayed all over and it took 2 days to get someone to fix it. The breakfast offering were meager and I had to tell them on 2 occasions that they’d run out. The coffee was bad. The room was clean but just old and dreary. There was no stopper in the sink so you could lose items down the sink if you weren’t careful. The toilet had a seat but no lid. Just sub-par.」
