「Absolutely loved this hotel, a true hidden gem with a paradise-like garden courtyard. The rooms are spotless, with quality linens and brand-new bathrooms. The hotel is connected to an art museum, so there’s beautiful art everywhere, plus a lovely library with a view of the 25 de Abril Bridge. There was a small mix-up with one of our bookings (caused by the platform, NOT the hotel!!), but Francisco went above and beyond to fix it. 「Belem is a great place to stay. The hotel is located in the main street and the transportation is convenient. There is no lift in the hotel. Nevertheless, the room was satisfactory with its price. I will certainly choose this hotel again when I visit Belem or Lisbon next time.」
