"The property is in a great location, close to a main shopping area and within walking distance of the seafront. There are numerous restaurants close by. The property is on the fifth floor and the lift is small and old but it works perfectly fine and we had no issues with it. The room was light and airy with a huge window. "First of all, your reqest for feedback sould be sent in the guest's language! That would show a connetion rather than making the guest feel simply like a reporter. I had two concerns. The room was very cold and I do not feel that guests should be asked to carry their garbage downstairs!!! I have never been told to do that at any other place Ihave stayed. Other than that it was a wonderful stay."

"Very lively area! Alot of street noise so if you are looking for quiet, you will not like this location. I just got ear plugs and slept fine. We loved the vibe here, lots to take in. Also easy to get to the train stations."

"It is located outside central Naples. However taking a taxi with special price with taxi takes you there whenever you want. The free shuttle service is only at night. Turn right then right, you will find a tuck shop with all drinks provisions including water. Turn right then left you will find the best Italian restaurant where locals eat which is very reasonable and tasty. All staff at the hotel are excellent. My vip status was recognised with an upgrade. Reception staff are very helpful particularly Mario, Martel’s and two more I forget their names. They are all amazing. Breakfast is repetitive but very nice. Room was just like home on the first floor. We already miss the people at this hotel. Thank you and would highly recommend if you don’t mind taking a taxi for all other excursions "

"I had an excellent stay at this newly opened hotel. The front desk was tended by very capable staff who can help you will anything that you may have questions about your stay. My single room was small but sufficient for my needs with a single bed and a spacious bathroom with a nice space for a shower plus amazing water pressure. With the heat being unbearable at times, it was nice to return to the hotel to rest and take a freshing shower. the hotel is as pictured and nicely designed and laid out. Housekeeping was excellent and it starts at 1pm so you don’t hear the noise of housekeeping early in the morning. The breakfast was a nice departure of what is typically offered at airbnb or hotels. There was hot food plus regional breakfast pastries, local meats/cheese, and fruits. There was a coffee machine to make cappuccinos/espressos. The hotel is close to a lot of the sights and esp the port for day trips. It’s however away from the main road so the soundproofing was great. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone wishing to have napoli as a base. It’s about 11 mins walk from the garibaldi station. I found the location safe and in general napoli safe. "
