"Over all nice lobby. Older hotel renovated. U can tell inside the elevator and in the halls that have that old smoky smell. Room was nice but damp feeling. Probably time of year but over a good hotel close to the airport"

"Overall it was a good stay. 1 night stay to see the races and go downtown. Relatively close to everything. Good value overall. Breakfast was very good. Nice little bar in the lobby. Only negative is that the room had a slight musty odor. There was some road noise in the morning, though I found out later they have a white noise machine. I would stay here again."

"Frankly the hotel is a little dated. But the rooms were very comfortable and meticulously clean. And the location is hard to beat. Also ample parking. The two young ladies working the Front Desk on both evenings we stayed there were exceptionally helpful. We followed their dining recommendations and they were spot on. Also extremely helpful when making transportation arrangements around town. Courteous and knowledgeable. an excellent experience and would stay there again."

"Great location and good deal. Clean. The open bathroom wasn't the most convenient. The air conditioning was IMHO was kept too cold and the room despite trying to raise the temp with the thermostat, which seemed to not work at all, was too cold as well. Note that maid service is every other day!"
