「The staff at the front desk have no patience with guests, the shuttle driver was very rude with guests' suitcases and damaged my suitcase trolley without even an apology. The bedding was not changed every guest and the towels were disgusting! The smell of male bodily fluids clung to the towels and you could smell it when you entered the bathroom, and there was actually a blood stain on one of the towels that hadn't washed off. It was disgusting! Don't waste your money challenging your bottom...

「Our stay was for one night only, but would highly recommend! The hotel was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast included with the rate had a wide variety of options-both hot & cold! It was tucked away in an industrial area but appeared to be within walking distance to shopping & restaurants! There was easy access to main roads & the QE 2! Would highly recommend a stay!」

「Enjoyed our staycation in a dog-friendly corner room with a river view and Fort Calgary where they had Canada Day festivities. Lots of things to do like walk the river path to Inglewood or Eau Claire. Staff are wonderful and it’s quiet and comfortable. Not big rooms but great King bed. Would’ve liked a mini fridge but enjoyed the Nespresso machine. Close to restaurants, bars and walk to downtown. Even dog-friendly Parlour Ice Cream close by. 「The staff are friendly and nice, with water dispenser on each floor for easy water refilling. There is also a good pub right next door for quality dining. On the downside, the room and the equipment is a bit worn down (e.g. loose socket, aged building materials) and the room doesn't come with all the sanity packs one usually expected (although they are available upon request). It is also pretty noisy throughout day and night, with party sounds coming from nearby pubs and emergency vehicles'...

「Great location just within 10 minutes drive from Calgary airport. They offer free shuttle service to the airport that runs every 30 minutes. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet selection looks good but we didn’t have time to enjoy it. 」
