「Ornate room and homey feel with a smell other than the classic hotel smell. Neat and simple. Should tell people that you have to check in at the bar side of the restaurant across the parking lot.」

「We had an amazing room with a terrace near the huge Christmas Tree in the center of the Landings. Also, I can back to the room after cleaning and found one of my earrings on the bathroom counter. I didn't even know I had lost it. I was thrilled to have staff that goes the extra mile. I told the hotel front desk staff about my earring and left a reward for the diligent housekeeper. 」
