「The staff was excellent and helpful, they went out of their way to help us find transportation. Our sole visit to the area was to visit Il Giardino dei Tarocchi (Tarot Garden) and the hotel staff did everything they could do to help us have a wonderful visit, which we did. 「Beautiful hotel. Great food. Nice staff. Beware of the location…. We arrived by train and was forced to get transportation to the hotel which cost us 200 euros. The hotel is 45 minutes from the train station and it is a ghost town. There are no taxis available at the train station. Make your arrangements before arrival. 」

「The room was fabulous as was the staff. Francesca helped out at the front end suggesting great places to visit nearby. Samantha was the best! She served us breakfast with a smile every day but the one day she was off. She also served us drinks up by the pool. We loved staying here. The spa was closed for maintenance so we only were able to test it out our first day in. The pool was so beautiful but we wish it had been heated. It was very cold!」

「Beautiful grounds and environment, very idillic and scenic. We were able to catch a stunning sunset on the first night. However, the sunrise was blocked by a hill. The breakfast was decent with a good selection. The staff was friendly. We came in late March, so the grapevines were just stubs. Also, their Michelin restaurant was closed so we had to drive out to get dinner. Also none of the wine tours had started yet, and there were no free wine in the rooms (although you can purchase bottles)」
